For the Vaporeon, I think you really need a build similar to a Sylveon. Vaporeon isn't that fast, so going for berries is less good. It is the best theoretical user of Ingredient Magnet, but that's a lot of investment for something that's honestly better as a bonus rather than a focus.

Funnily enough, stronger teams getting higher drowsy power and better sleep styles, might be making it harder to find the Pokémon I want to befriend.After all, it's a waste to put biscuits into fully evolved Pokémon most of the time.
